RN Needed for an assignment in Casper, WY. Case Manger Home Health/Hospice care. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health/Hospice. This position will require candidates to have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle with liability insurance. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8-5 with 1 weekend a month and call 1-2 nights a week. Typical day will include seeing 5-6 patients per day, within an estimated 40 mile radius, around 300 miles per week. **Mileage will be reimbursed at current IRS rate***Candidate MUST have current active WY State Nursing License (or Multi-state Compact). NOTE: All WYOMING travelers MUST have a fingerprinted FBI background check provided by the Wyoming Department of Criminal Investigations. The credentialing department with Medefis will send detailed instructions upon job confirmation. Fingerprints and background check documentation must be overnighted to the WY DCI within 2 days of job confirmation as the traveler will not be allowed to start until Frontier receives the clearance letter from the WY DCI.Required Qualifications
