This RN need will require travel to patient's homes. It falls into concierge/ home health medicine category. The client is a large Technology company and patients will be the employees and their dependents. There will be an orientation but it'll be on the east coast, with the assignment territory being in 3 states: Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland. Any candidate submitted must be comfortable driving to at least 2 of the states for an at-home visit and must be licensed. We would prefer to have individuals licensed in all states but if that is not possible, 2 of the 3 is okay. We anticipate that VA will have the most volume followed by MD and then DC.This home-health need is unique in that you'll be sending your nurse to help Care Medical's employees and their dependents with at-home visits. Pediatric experience is required; RN must be comfortable working with newborns and toddlers. Emergency Department & Urgent Care experience is a plus addition to the home health background, as your nurse will be working with a varied age range from 0 months to geriatric.The shift length is flexible,5 - 8s or 4 - 10s but must be available 40 hours/ week.The start date is flexible, can be 7/5 or 7/11.What's the farthest these RNs would be expected to drive in a day? 45-60 minutes typicallyHow many visits in a day on average? How do these nurses find out they are scheduled for a visit? They will be provided a Care Medical mobile phone and all notifications come through there. Additionally, an active RN license is REQUIRED for 2 of the three states, no exceptionsMUST HAVE AHA BLS UPLOADED IN THE PROFILE.If your traveler's profile passes the prescreen and meets the requirements listed below, they will get set up with a video interview. This client requires an NDA fully executed before submitting. Please ensure this has been signed and is in the profile before submitting your traveler. The NDA form can be found on the facility profile, along with the MSA. Traveler must sign the NDA, and Agency should include that in their nurses' submission packet! Agency will not need to secure housing!Patient population is 50% peds/ 50% adult. We strongly prefer RNs with Pediatrics experience.License, Certifications, Education or Experience REQUIRED for the position: Licensed as a Registered Nurse with an active license in 2 of 3 states.
