28 bed Acuity Adjusted Progressive Care Unit focused on the medical care of complex medical and surgical patients, primarily with neurology and neurosurgical diagnoses.Patients on this unit require complex medications and close clinical observation with special focus for neurology and neurosurgical conditions. We welcome anyone who prefers to work with a team that consistently demonstrates innovation and "out of the box" ideas to improve the way we care for patients with a goal of providing the highest quality, safest, and effective care. Very traveler friendly environment as travel nurses are treated as a core member of the team. * Patient ratios are acuity adjusted with an average ratio of 1:4.**NIHSS Certification is a plus.*36/48 Schedule* Floating/flexing of traveler will follow current hospital policy. Please include on the confirmation*Traveler must live outside of a 100 mile radius of the hospital service area*16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Please include on the confirmation.*Hospital can flex off/cancel one shift biweekly if there is a decrease in census. Please include on the confirmation.Required Qualifications
