Unit Description
We specialize in high risk OB and have 15 labor
beds with a 6 bed OBED.
The unit also has 9 antepartum beds and 3 OR
suites.
Non-Negotiables
Minimum of 1 year labor and delivery experience at a high risk
hospital (must be proficient in OR and capable of handling emergencies such
as hysterectomies)
Schedule
12 hour shifts- nights 1845-0715

Speak with each traveler at the 6 week mark about
converting to core staff
Recruitment
Post approved reqs within 24 hours of approval
Make job offers by close of business each day
Recruitment to re-announce jobs once per week to
reflect refreshed post to agencies
Send extension requests to Director/CNO for approval
two times per week
Escalate time off requests to Managers/Directors for
approval
