Non-Negotiables****TRAUMA/SURGICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED****BLS, ACLS, and NIHSSPreferred experience in a Trauma Surgical ICU. Unit Description The Sierra ICU is a 26 bed Beacon Designation Intensive Care Unit that provides multidisciplinary care to a variety of patients with a specialty in caring for trauma and surgical patient population. The unit cares for patients that include a wide range of traumatic injuries including Spinal Cord Injuries, TBI, Extremity Fractures, and Solid Organ Injuries. The Sierra ICU also cares for surgical patients including Craniotomies, Craniectomies, and Multiple Bowel Surgeries. Our goal is the provision of clinical excellence and exceptional customer service in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, patient- centered environment. Schedule Days- 0645-1915 Night 1845-0715Floating within the module on a rotational basis (Includes all adult ICUs, Telemetry, and Neuro-Tele Unit)One additional shift minimum per 4 week scheduleUPDATE: As of 6/12/20, Renown Reserves the right to call off, without penalty, FOUR (4) shifts, or 48 hours, for low census per 13 week contract. This may be full or partial shifts.UPDATE: RTO will be considered on a case by case basis for all assignmentsRequired Qualifications
