Unit Description
Provides services to Neonatal, pediatric,
adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and families. 3 IR suites, 1 CT interventional suite and
out-patient Interventional Radiology consisting of 2 bi-plane rooms, a single
plane hybrid vascular unit and a mobile c-arm unit in out-patient IR. Common procedures include but are not
limited to stroke intervention, diagnostic and therapeutic angiography,
kyphoplasties, biopsies, drains, clot retrieval, aneurysm coilings and
stents.
Non-Negotiables
Two years experience as Interventional Technologist. Requires American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT) certification.
BLS and ACLS required. Nevada
State Radiologic Technologist license required.
Schedule
Schedules are typically 4-10 hour days per week and may include
weekends. Nights and weekends include
on call coverage. Technologist will
float from single plane, bi-plane, hybrid suite and c-arm procedures in the
Out-Patient IR suite. Additional
shifts may be necessary due to scheduled vacations, unscheduled sick calls or
high volumes.
UPDATE: As of 6/12/20, Renown Reserves the right to call off, without penalty, FOUR (4) shifts, or 48 hours, for low census per 13 week contract. This may be full or partial shifts.
