HTH (Hometown Health) Customer Service supports inbound calls to
different membership in the community. We offer a Medicare Advantage Plan,
Commercial insurance, third party administration of benefits and also support
providers. A Customer Service Agent is responsible one call at a time and the
expectation is to resolve and address all inquiries. A Customer Service
Representative can take anywhere between 50-70 calls per day, depending on
the line that is assigned. All Customer Service Representatives have an
assigned cubicle, with a computer and two monitors, a phone with headset,
keyboard and mouse. The department is located at 10315 Professional Cir, Reno
Must have working-level knowledge of the
English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. High
school diploma is preferred. Requires 1-2 years of Customer Service
experience, call center or healthcare experience is preferred, but not
required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have the
ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for
job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies.
HTH Customer Service is open 7 days a week from 7am 8pm during
Annual Enrollment Period, after AEP is over we are open M-F 7am 8pm.
Current business need is for positions anywhere from M-F from 8am 6pm. Set
shift will be assigned between these times depending on business needs.
