Immediate Need for a License Physical Therapist - Outpatient  PT willing to supervise PTAs, Evaluate and Treat Inpatient population with a basic knowledge of wound evaluation and treatment. applicant will be clinically oriented to a basic ability to measure/photograph/describe general IP wounds under supervision of a DPT staff member with acute wound experience8 hour work day = 8-10 patients per day; 1:1 sessions 45 each13 weeks assignment, 2 years experience in current specialty required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.CERTIFICATIONS: Must have a PT License. - BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. ORIENTATION: The 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. SHIFT: 8 hour DAYS, shift starts at 8 am. Call is 1 x per month (ortho). Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.EMR: EPIC experience preferred.
