The Home Health RN will understand and implement Medicare requirements in care of the home care patients to meet eligibility, documentation and compliance. This position will also be responsible for coordination of care of home care patients to provide for Continuity of Cares.Experienced in HHC, familiar and competent with the OASIS and has the ability to chart on Casamba/MobilWyse. Experience is important but it doesn't mean if someone doesn't have it that the candidate wouldn't be considered.Minimum qualifications include;Current RN licensure by the State of Nebraska.Graduate from an accredited Diploma School of Nursing/College of Nursing with an ASN or BSN required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Knowledge of computer resources.Proficiency in nursing practiceExceptional ability to be self-directed.Outstanding ability to communicate with a wide variety of disciplines.Valid drives license and current automobile insurance.Required Qualifications
