Sleeping room provided at no cost to traveler or agencyJob Summary / Purpose The Certified Nurse Assistant (herewith referred to as C.N.A.) provides daily cares of residents in the nursing home by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs. Essential Key Job Responsibilities   Fulfills basic quality of life needs for residentsAnswer call lightsAssist with preparation of meals, serve meals, feed patientsVital signs (BP, T, P, R, and SaO2) weight measurementsMake beds, keep rooms cleanAmbulating, turning and positioning patientsKnowledge of isolation techniquesReporting observations of patient to unit supervisorDocumentation of care providedSafe patient handling (for self and patient)Laundering of residents clothingStrong work ethic and ability The job summary and responsibilities listed above are designed to indicate the general nature of the work performed within this job.
