POSITION PURPOSEThe Licensed Vocational Nurse, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, is responsible for providing nursing care, health teaching, and health counseling of assigned patients during a given shift. The LVN assures the delivery of care by assisting in the implementation of the interdisciplinary and nursing plan of care.
