technologies across a variety of integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JMS,
EDI, SFTP, JDBC, HL7, FHIR) with a focus on API-lead integration patterns2. Experience with API Platforms/Gateways (e.g.,
MuleSoft, Tibco, Boomi) and ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica Power Center)
3. Well versed in the areas of governance, information
security, development frameworks and processes, as well as core infrastructure
knowledge (e.g., high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, performance
and cloud architecture)
Intimate
understanding of the role of integration in the broader enterprise IT landscape
and usage by both internal and external consumers
Experience
in organizational enablement through the appropriate governance and operating
structure (e.g., COE) with a focus on self service, accelerators, and templates
Ability
to define Application Network (Governance, Discoverability, Consumability and
Reuse) throughout the entire SDLC (design to support/maintenance)
Experience
with API management and policy/SLA management to enforce security,
performance/load tolerance, fast recovery, and alerting/monitoring
Understanding
of Healthcare requirements around sensitive data management (e.g., PHI/PII) and
the impacts on Integration design (e.g., encrypted logging, secure error
handling, tokenization, SSL, secure keys)
Understanding
of Core networking concepts (e.g., VPC, IPSec, Load Balancers
(internal/external), NATing)
Understanding
of DevOps/Test Automation (e.g., Jenkins, Github, Maven, versioning/branching)
Unit Description
This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and planning
the enterprise technology architecture strategy including the integration of enterprise
applications, custom software, services, and technology across multiple
environments and platforms (e.g., cloud, on-premise, co-location). This position is a part of the IT
Architecture team and will work closely with IT stakeholders, business stakeholders,
partners, and the project management office while performing their work.
Non-Negotiables
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including
reading, writing and speaking English.
Bachelor's degree in CS/EE, or similar field is required, or relevant
experience may be substituted. Master's degree in CS/EE is
preferred.
Schedule
Standard Shift: Monday
Friday, 8-5pm PST
Occasional before or after hours work as needed to support critical
business functions.
