This position is designed to help support centralized recruitment for our campuses for a variety of positions at our long term care facilities. Roles typically worked on/recruited are CNA, RN, Dining, Housekeeping. This role will be focused on sourcing, screening and maintaining candidate relationships through pipeline efforts. Candidate will work closely with hiring managers through intake discussions to manage expectations and utilize full-cycle recruitment process. Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred and Workday is a plus. Candidate must have 1 year experience in recruitment, a bachelors degree, background check, 8 panel drug screen prior to starting.
