WE ARE A CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL - We are critical access hospital - TRAUMA LEVEL 4 and PREFER THE CANDIDATE HAVE CAH EXPERIENCE. ON-CALL WILL be required. The Registered Nurse providing care to the inpatient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department, Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long Term Care settings while utilizing accepted standards & protocols of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (or equivalent), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN). The Registered Nurse is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways. Shifts are typically 12 hour shifts, must be willing to work both days or nights depending on the department need and may be at either facility, Granby or Kremmling. The two facilities are about 30 miles apart. Housing is included in a shared housing unit near our Kremmling facility.
