Radiologic Technologists are responsible for maintaining and using diagnostic imaging equipment and supplies necessary to demonstrate portions of the human body for diagnostic and treatment purposes. Determine patients' x-ray and/or Computed Tomography (CT) needs by reading requests or instructions from physicians, per Radiology protocols. Must maintain proper function of radiology equipment and follow safety precautions when performing task and using radiology equipment.EXPERIENCE:· An Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiography or Radiologic Sciences is required.· One year of CT experience is preferred.· Post-primary certification in Computed Tomography (CT) is preferred.· Must have certification and registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)· Certified and up to date in Basic Life SupportMust have EPIC experience.
