We are a long term acute care hospital the community of patients we provide care for transfer from STACH's in the region needing extra critical care time before transfer to SNF, IPR, or home with home health. Provide care for patients for ICU or MS oxygen weaning, IV antibiotic therapy, and would care. Every other weekend required.Required Qualifications
